Blast Chillers

We have a range of commercial blast chillers that can be used in commercial catering applications such as bars and restaurants. If you have a requirement to rapidly freeze food quickly for either serving to customers, or for safe storage purposes, then a blast chiller should be on your shopping list. Cooked food can be rendered safe for storage purposes if the temperature is reduced from +70 °C (158 °F) to +3 °C (37 °F) or below within 90 minutes. This method ensures the safety and the quality of the food product. We have a number of cubic capacity sizes of blast chillers available with the Sterling SP-80E blast chiller being one of the most popular models.
