Take a look at the Unico Air 25 HP model, which is a cooling and heating system.  These systems do not require an outdoor unit, making them extremely popular for many people.  This model is only 16cm thick, which is significantly thinner than a typical air to air wall mounted system.  These models include a sleep mode as well, where the temperature gradually increases and reduces the noise levels for a greater wellbeing at night.
